WORKPLACE OFFERS

A Group Approach

MASSAGE

Office Chair Massage: min. 3 hours

- Clients are seated in a special massage chair with clothes on.

- Clients will be asked to complete a health & disclaimer form prior to the massage.

 

We conduct our chair massages as follows, respecting a short break for cleaning and setting up the chair after each client and giving the therapist a short break:

 

3-4 hours

10 minutes (4 in 1 hour)

15 minutes (3 in 1 hour)

20 minutes (2 in 1 hour)

 

5 hours

Same as above with a 20 minutes break after 2.5 hours

 

6-7 hours

Same as above with a 40 minutes lunch break after 3 hours

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Mindfulness Meditation Presentation (60 minutes)

- A presentation about what mindfulness is and a few practices we do together.

 

Mindfulness Meditation Session (30-45 minutes)

- A regular mediation practice with each session having a different focus or object.

 

Mindfulness Meditation Course (8 weeks, each week 30-45 minutes)

- This course teaches simple meditation practices that can help you become more present to oyur experience and manage thoughts, emotions and body sensations more effectively.

YOGA

Yoga Session (45 minutes)

- Any yoga style: more dynamic, gentle, for beginners, advanced

 

Yoga Course (4 weeks, each week 45 minutes)

- This could be a course for beginners or for stress release or for better sleep.

​

PILATES

Pilates Session (45 minutes)

- A mat-based pilates class for anyone building core strength. 

​

Pilates Course (4 weeks, each week 45 minutes)

- This could be a course for beginners or for lower back for example.
